The first step of our preparations for McGill's 40th Anniversary was the design of a special logo
incorporating the number 40, the date of establishment, and our tagline. This logo was utilized in all of our collateral, including our website, letterhead, presentations, brochures, posters, swag, etc.

40th Poster
For the date of our founding, we created a 24x36 poster that could easily be used in office and at events throughout the year. This was prominently displayed on the anniversary date. The 40 incorporates headshots of our staff.
Spirit Week
We wanted to get our employees excited about celebrating our 40th year in business with a spirit week,
akin to what you may have experienced at your high school. During spirit week, we posted trivia about 1984, our year of incorporation, and followed up with pictures of our staff from spirit week.

Videos
We collected testimonials from staff to create a short video. And, since it is often difficult to get engineers to speak on camera, we made a video where they answered "McGill is... " with their own few words.

These assets were then used throughout the year to populate social media posts showing videos of staff, the fun that was had, and conference events highlighting our 40 years in operation.
